    self-centred



    when i was 12, i always felt life is but a path i could just breeze through with ease.

    i see not the problems of life. i see not the sufferings of others. i see not the tears they shed.
    i saw laughter. i saw smiles bright as the sun. i saw love so powerful it overflows and spread all around us.
    years passed. i'm no more a little girl.

    i see not the laughter. i see not the smiles bright as the sun. i see not the love so powerful, it overflows and spread around us.

    i've lost that innocence. my world has been tainted with spots of ugliness. fog covers my path. i'm lost. i can no longer see that bright future my path leads to. the sky is dark. i smell rain. i'm here. with no where to go.


    (i'm writing this while listening to my blog's song. i feel so shallow. there's more to life then this. we're so self-centred, we can't see pass ourselves. to the world of wonders surrounding us. smiling down at us. urging us to smile along. can u see it?)
